Terms of Service

These terms apply to the international network acceleration and subscription services provided by QOVPN. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they must stop using the relevant services. The user should also read the Privacy Policy to understand how account details and service data are handled.

Services and Scope

QOVPN provides international access and network acceleration through international routes, covering 120+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client features are based on the information shown on the website and in the user panel at the time. Routes may be adjusted for operation, maintenance, and resource scheduling, and certain regions or routes may be temporarily unavailable.

The service provides the traffic allocation included with the purchased plan. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly from the activation date, and upgrade price differences are converted based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until the allocation is used and do not expire.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. The user must protect their login credentials and is responsible for plan purchases, route connections, and other activity under the account. The account supports simultaneous use on unlimited devices, but only by the account holder on devices they own, manage, or are authorized to use.

Accounts, subscription details, and service access may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or provided for shared use by unspecified persons. Accounts may not be created in bulk through automated methods, nor may a single account be used to provide ongoing commercial network access to others. If abnormal sharing, resale, or activity affecting normal route operation is detected, QOVPN may take necessary measures, including limiting connections, suspending service, or terminating the account.

Compliant Use Requirements

The user must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the service access region, and must independently confirm that their network activities meet local requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, interference with network facilities, fraud, or other activities that may cause actual harm.

The user may not bypass plan billing, traffic measurement, account verification, or service management mechanisms. They may not scan, attack, or damage QOVPN websites, clients, routes, or user panels. The user is solely responsible for any content, transactions, authorization, and legal liability arising from their own conduct.

Refund and Payment Rules

QOVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The user should confirm the plan type, traffic allocation, and usage period before payment. A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel and should include verifiable order details.

Orders beyond the period above are handled according to the purchased plan and the rules shown on the relevant page. When a plan is upgraded, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date, while traffic packages remain valid until the allocation is used. The user should avoid duplicate orders and verify the selected items before submitting payment.

Service Availability and Liability

International network connections may be affected by the user’s local network, the status of the target service, device configuration, route maintenance, and changes in upstream networks. QOVPN will maintain and schedule routes according to operating conditions, but does not guarantee that any route, region, or target service will remain available at all times. QOVPN also does not guarantee that connection performance will suit every device environment or use case.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QOVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, adjustments by third-party services, network interruptions beyond its control, or other events outside its reasonable control. The user should promptly save important materials and select suitable routes and client settings according to their actual needs.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

The user may stop using the service. If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, abnormal sharing, interference with service operation, billing evasion, or a serious violation of these terms, QOVPN may, depending on the circumstances, restrict features, suspend connections, or terminate the service. When necessary to verify an issue, related account activity and order records may be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These terms may be updated due to changes in service features, operational processes, or applicable rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the displayed last-updated date will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If the user disagrees with the changes, they must stop using the service.
